The 2,8 dB headroom, would that hsve possibly had you buying these vs. the MC1.25KW? But does lack the silver accent bling of yours Joe.

A little more bling, but not much else over the mc602, I think mac is doing far to much recycling of old products, just to sell to the ones that need to keep up with the Joneses.

Well maybe there will be more MC602s on the used market.

Absolutely, I love my Crowns, the Macro-Tech 5002VZ is one hell of an amplifier!!
