On the other hand metacritic and pitchfork rated Beyoncé's album higher than Beck's.

Keep in mind the Grammy's are less about skill and more about popularity.

Which is why Sam Smith russles my jimmies so much. Great male and female vocalists are only unicorns on the radio so it's rather frustrating when pop culture touts a mediocre one as the second f*cking coming (like they did with Adele).

Five very good reasons there. I must admit, I couldn't name a Beck song if you asked me to, looks like I will have to check out his music in the future.

Here's a bunch of reasons why Kanye doesn't deserve to even share a stage with him. Can you say stolen? Oh, wait, it's called sampling. But there's sampling and there's sampling. A Tribe Called Quest did a good job when they sampled "Walk on the Wild Side" by Lou Reed. But Kanye? Sooner or later someone is going to post how brilliant and talented Kanye is. But I'm not drinking that Kool-Aid.

It's pretty hard to argue with that sentiment. And that's pretty much how my own lizard brain would deal with his retarded ass... in a heartbeat.

I first heard that Sam Smith song a couple of weeks ago when the Tom Petty controversy came up but boy was I sick of it by the end of the Grammy's. His lisp was so pronounced during the live performance that it was cringe worthy.
