Pioneer PL-55DX turntable - broken strobe light HELP

Make sure it's actually the bulb. I'd reverse the leads for the neon lamp 1st. It might work. I've had DUAL Turntables with malfunctioning NEON's and reversing them worked for a couple years.
Lamp looks to be a 100V NEON according to the PL-55X (2 channel version of the PL55DX). The service manual is on VinylEngine. http://www.vinylengine.com/library/pioneer/pl-55x.shtml You have to Register to download but it is free.
On the small board that the power cord (Power PC BOARD) goes into, there is a 10KoHm 2Watt resistor. This is attached to the Neon Bulb. The Bulb is NOT on the board. You'll see it in the corner up front. It should be able to be removed from underneath. As for a part Number, there is none. There is no mention of the strobe other than it's drawn in on the schematic. No mention in the parts list. So you'll have to look around. Try and contact AK member DGWOJO and see if he has the NEON Bulb. I'm presuming it's a 100Volt from the way it's connected on the transformer. It may be higher voltage. There is nothing to say what it actually is.
