I had the V15 on a Rega planar 2 and it sounded good but I knew the arm was too heavy. I found the Black Widow on Ebay with no bids! I was the only bidder and got it for $300.00. Got it mounted and noticed a pop when I turned the motor on and off. The original arm was grounded to the table and the Black Widow mount is separated by rubber o rings at each corner. I had to run a ground from the table to the amp and no more pop. After all that it sounds really nice and clean although a wire shelf and a thin plywood sheet muddy the bass and cause feedback at really high volumes. The table itself is dead quiet : )

The picture of that Twin-Arm Dual 1019 I posted this morning inspired me to finally patch-up the wooden base on my 1019. Had two small nicks and one fairly large one. I will sand them out tomorrow and try to blend in the color.

Fortunately the chips are all on the bottom edge of the base. Otherwise the base is nice

I like that base (That's a Dual base, right? Not UA?). BTW, what platter-mat did you get for that one?

Yeah , a Dual base. I'll take better pics this weekend after some sanding & staining those patches
