Quiet output from tweeter on new crossover build

Welcome to ak ! Gadget73 is on the lead. What tweeter? soft or titanium? Many tweets are not labeled + & - so swapping leads is common to test.

No, when I connect the speaker before the Lpad I get normal volumes. Calculations were made from xover pro. File of schematics attached

I'd remove that "impedance eq" , I don't think you need that on the tweeter. Also, that L pad takes a lot of the signal. Think that electricity will take the easiest path, and between a 4 ohm resistor, and a 4 ohm tweeter, I think the easiest path is the resistor. (The tweeter is a coil, and coils offer resistance to high freqs)

Try without L pad and without eq network, and tweak the L pad from there, in small increments.

I toyed around with it tonight. I get normal volume with the positive lead from the speaker before the Lpad. Connected after the Lpad but before the impedance eq it's still quiet.
 
As said, I think that L pad is too much attenuation.

Try without the eq and l pad networks and start tamming de tweeter output with just one resistor in series. Wire the resistor outside the cabinet with alligator clips so you can change the value easily.
