The story I'll always remember about Les Paul is when he called up Ampex and asked them to deliver two of their 4 track units to him because he planned on synching them together. They told him it couldn't be done, he told them he had some ideas and the rest is history.

I have some cool 78s and LPs by Les with some verrry interesting guitar effects on them. ;^)

Congrats on the very full life you led Les!

I have this record, my one Les Paul. I picked it up at a garage sale for the cool cover and, well, it was Les Paul. I will give it a spin.

I have this one on vinyl too. It's a bit cheesy (as you might expect), and yet still amazing.
