Rate My Rig!

Hi Guys! I recently grabbed a pair of Klipsch R-820F's and I think they sound incredible. What do you guys think of my rig?

Empire 2000Z->Sansui SR 222 mkii->Pioneer SX-850->Klipsch R-820F

Cheers!
I like the Pioneer but no familiarity with the speakers. The Empire is nice and the table can't be bad though I have no personal experience with it. If you think the R-820F's sound incredible it is safe to assume they are quite good too.

Can’t rate the sound of your integrated system without hearing it set up in your room.

I have the Empire 2000z with its OEM stylus and it is quite good to my ears. I think the source is a very key contributor to the overall system sound.

The transducers (cartridge, speakers) are always the biggest determinant of the overall sound of a system. The amp can tweak that overall sound to a certain degree. The Empire is a nice sounding cartridge, I've never heard the Klipsch, if it sounds good to you, it is good.

Re post your comments in the Klipsch section. I am sure you will get many more accolades. But remember its what ever makes you happy. We all hear differently.

I’ve owned the Klipsch. Very enjoyable speaker, particularly once setup well to the room. Not familiar with the rest, but glad you are enjoying it!
