Have you used the Tisbury?
Have you considered adding an SUT to the Luxman to allow use of a LOMC? The Lux phono stage should be very nice or better and many feel an SUT is the proper way to get an LOMC up to phono input level.
I’d expect the Rega to be better but haven’t heard them. It was about 5 times as much money back in the early days of these devices.
I’d hook up your new LOMC the the Tisbury, enjoy it while awaiting delivery of a nice SUT and the Rega and compare the three and sell off the two that don’t sound as good. At least I say that, I have 2 Musical Fidelity AC-1 phono preamps and a Crown SUT, all for getting a LOMC into a phono input and a Crown Phono Module to take an LOMC to line level. And other devices. I use the Crown Phono Module. The others don’t take up much space so I keep them because I may add to my phono systems.
All three of your recent posts, this one, the Chinese MC one and the LOMC one posted here in General would probably get more comments posted in Turntables Forum. Lots of folks talk about all these topics there.
