medical cannabis is pretty ordinary thing in treatment, so no worries or excitement. I'd actually mention that cannabis is pretty nice stuff in the struggle with some psychological disorders, for instance insomnia. My father has used concentrate shatters for good sleep when he had problems regarding insomnia. True. I can't say more here except that the climate to resolve the state vs. fed conflict is upon us. Roger is taking the safe route.
Roger is a moron, though. Or in the pockets of the moron owners, has to be one or the other (or both). Why else would he have promoted sending the Chargers to die up in LA? Anyone that thought that was a wise move has voluntarily outed themselves as a staunch member of the Dumbass Club of America.

booze is legal in every state but just about every employer bans its presence and consumption in the workplace and while on duty
But in my industry I would rather have a crew that ripped bong hits all night instead of drinking all night. The latter is typically just about useless the following day.
