If you find their kitschy style of "B" movies to your liking, you'll love this one. I think they're finally hitting their stride.

It is available On Demand. You may have to search for it.

Came home from work yesterday and flipped channels into some mid-afternoon SyFy thing about a Sand Shark ... bad cgi images of sharks popping up out of the ground and grabbing people .... not entertaining, just embarrassing!
I grew up reading the science fiction genre and have great memories of many classics of imagination,
so to see this load-of-crap network calling themselves SciFi (or syfy or whatevah) instead of The Cheeseball Network (with a cheesehead logo) ...

At least there were some reasonable values with the Bugs bunny cartoons and such we got after school growing up (What's Opera, Doc ...)!

The way Sandy feels about Prius commercials is doubled for me about this cinematic mastercrap. In the other thread about this, someone (Echowars?) had said that movies will now have two categories; BS and AS (before and after s'nado). Agreed.

My opinion is that this crap on the cable TV(which I kicked to the curb 2yrs ago) is a product of the "Bath Salts" epidemic.

Good news everyone! Sharknado will back on SyFy this Saturday night. Also Sharknado 2 is in the works. Syfy was promoting it last week at Comic Con with people in swimwear and surfboards with a bite taken out of the boards. Those folks were handing out cards for you to go out on syfy.com and suggest ideas for a title to the sequel.

I can't get into SyFy's films that intentionally bad. It's quite different than watching a film where some idiot actually believed in their project and just couldn't see the folly, but it's another when someone just sets out to make a preposterous film. SyFy seems to specialize in that crap and I seem to be finding anything else at all to watch instead. Oh for the days when they were "SciFi" and at least pretended to mean it.

Get ready for another Shark movie on SyFy, Ghost Shark on 8/22/13. It has the tag lines of: Don't go in water, Don't go in the pool, Don't take a bath, Don't wash the car, etc. And yes, I am watching Sharknado again tonight on SyFy.

I tuned in just in time to see a shark bite through the roof of an SUV. I gotta see the rest. Too bad this isn't 30 years ago, I have a feeling this would be a lot more fun loaded.

Yea, I saw the trailer with the chainsaw scene. I couldn't take anymore of it! To each his/her own.

Watched 5 min. of it the other night . WTF ? Are they serious ? It looks like a spoof of a spoof .

Same here, but I think I watched only about 2 minutes. I tuned in during a scene that was so bad I could hardly believe it and turned the channel pronto....wait it has Tara Reid in it....

I noticed this fine piece of cinematic garbage was just added to netflix. even if the sharks all had breasts I don't see how anyone could stomach this piece of garbage. BTW I do enjoy the occasional B list movie, just not "Sharknado".
