Don't forget the STR-6120 and -6200F (I have debs on the -6200F). They are also of the same ilk. Well shielded internally, etc. I foolishly let that last -6200F go by for $105. :thumbsdn:absolon said:Thanks Brian. I'm planning on picking up a unit to live in my shop but do fill in duty while I have my main system overhauled. Trying to decide between 7065, 6060 and 1120.
Now you're starting to make me really regret letting that pair get away from me last spring. Not that I wasn't already, just reopening old wounds. :sigh: Congratulations on your collection, some very nice pieces in there.junkaudio said:but the best thing is the ss-g7 in my opinion far better the a ns1000

Secondly, I love these kind of threads so I'll just add my 2 cents (just try to ignore all the Pioneer gear)
junkaudio - think you should change your user name to 'sonyconnoiseuraudio'! As could several of you. Very nice, everyone. :thmbsp: I especially like those slide-out drawer cassette decks.junkaudio said:here another beaty of mine the tae-86 preamp and the tc-k88 tapedeck
If like the ST-5000F/ST-5000FW then the FW will have an FET front-end and some differences in the IF strip. Results in slightly better published FM spec's. However, the F is so rare that I've never heard of them being compared side-by-side.Whitehall said:I'd especially like to know now that I bought one!
Just closed eBay for "like new!!!" for $31 plus $25 shipping.
Add an alignment for $80 and maybe some recapping . Now, where can I get a case?

That leads me to a Sony TA-8650, indeed yes he has some cool things there, but not -as far as i can see- these very nice tae-86 or tc-k88.junkaudio said:Can help you with that try on e__y itemnr. 7564672764 also check out his other sales located in nl -great stuff-
