Firstly, Welcome to AK!
I can't think of any right off the top of my head but if you get the Fairchild equivalent of 2SC1845 - namely KSC1845, and buy from a reputable source - like Mouser / Digikey et al (in other words not auction sites), they are about as good as you will get.
You need someone like AK member @[B]FootFungus[/B] to chime in here for the definitive answer - he seems to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of such things, or AK member @sregor who is also very good. - there are others.
