I enjoyed the systems from his fellow club members more. It looked as if they actually listened to music on them. It seemed as if they had dusted and polished things just for a photo shoot and would get back to music as soon as those pesky photographers left.

He's a collector yes so what. most guys that have a lot of gear have it piled up in a basement of some tacky metal storage shelves.
And yet some of you guys comment on his display? His clothes (by the way you have no idea that pair of jeans could be designer and could have cost $300.00 USD the shirt as much) and it sure looks to me like the dude is at home relaxing. You wear what a pair of boxers and your ratty bathrobe when you entertain.
PLEASE I just thought the guys would enjoy seeing a person who takes great pride in his stuff.

What an amazing collection, especially the turntables which look to span the range from the best vintage models to some of the more esoteric modern designs. The big difference between this guy's collection and most other uber-collectors is that his gear is displayed beautifully instead of squirreled away in the garage or basement. If I had the money, time, and collection, not to mention the space, I'd love to do something similar.

glad to see someone picking up on that- oh well, you can probably get more channels on your cable service than he does-but, maybe not.I'm confused. Lately all we have been hearing in the States is how bad socialism is but here is this Norwegian with all this audiophile stuff and here I am living in America and I don't have any of that! :scratch2:
