Sony ta-n80es replacement transistors

Hi guys,

Trying to repair a ta-n80es but need subs for the following transistors as I'm comming up short on these,

2sa1383
2sc3514
2sa1360

Possible replacements are:
2SA1383 (PNP) ---> Toshiba 2SA1930 - (TO220 package has an insulated tab)
2SC3514 (NPN) ---> Toshiba 2SC5171 - (TO220 package has an insulated tab)
Note: If the existing originals are using the metal tab as a collector connection then the replacement sub will need to match etc.

2sa1360 (PNP) ---> Fairchild KSA1220A

All are currently available from Mouser Electronics

Hopefully AKer's will offer other subs too :yes:
