Yeah I was working on cleaning it . I swept behind my tv stand . That’s why the speaker was over there .I am assuming that’s your room in the pictures. If so, from looking at the background I now understand your lack of motivation.
Stupid worthless chores are more important to her , I could apply for jobs if I was just sitting around.
I’d say everything you can apply at that I’m capable of doing is apply online only. My knees are decimated I cannot stand for hours .
Possibly a hour or two at max.
Maybe I need to try harder to find entry level desk jobs.
Sound-bars are very expensive micro speakers and a mini line array or something?
Hey “ I’ll sell you these tiny speakers “
Consumer ! Yes finally a bar to put under my tv.. no need to learn anything to hook up speakers .
There's a whole lot going on in this comment. Most of which with I completely disagree. Putting the attitude and snobbery aside we're left with an obvious lack of knowledge of sound bar tech and quality levels.Winner winner, TV Dinner!Since soundbars are not really for the audio world , the question is moot .
Exactly so - Sound bars are for cheesey Home TV systems, certainly not Home "theatres,"
and definitely not in the realm of Audio as we AK folks think of it.
A quick and dirty device if you don't have time or space to go further into quality sound.
The speakers were better on older TVs, but everything else about them -- and I mean everything, picture quality, weight, resolution, clarity, colour depth, size, cost, power consumption -- was worse compared to modern TVs. The same goes for projectors.

"as we AK folk think of it..."
So, in perspective -Since soundbars are not really for the audio world , the question is moot .
Severe chronodromalacia petalla wear and tear of the front of my knees. Really bad nerve pain everywhere in my legs, and a back injury most likely from lifting a 310 pound drain snake and putting in the truck multiple times . Last time I left it was just the upper body I didn’t even bother using back or leg muscles because I didn’t want more pain. What's wrong with your Knees? I have been battling lyme disease for 7 years and can barely move most of the time and my knees are killing me yet I still have been outside cutting up a 2 and a half foot 100 ft tall tree that feel down today. It all depends on how bad you want it.
A soundbars makes lot of sense , for elderly and those not knowledgeable in audio/ video.
I’m not trying to bash soundbars , just want your personal ideas , experiences, opinions .
They are much like a stand alone center channel , stretched out.
@ultumax:
How old are you? Most of "us" with severely damaged joints have spent many years damaging them.
Glad you asked I am curious as well. I have bad disks from a lifetime of busting my ass but I keep my back strong and keep on trucking. Btw did I mention my knees are killing me?lol And I have had two heart attacks the first one at 36!! Cancer at 18 and 7 recent years of chronic lyme (ironically the lyme trumps the previous problems by a huge margin) but I'm making no excuses cause I have a home and large property to tend to.
Why do people say "Personally, I think..." when all they need say is "I think..."?
That's what's I'm pondering from this thread.
My knees get red and inflamed feel like there on fire . Then my nerves feel on fire like nails are going through them .Glad you asked I am curious as well.
