The 'Lies Upon Lies' Game

This is inspired a band to name themselves Rage Against the Magnadoodles. They're hit song "Eating in the Rain" was banned from the radio for being too weird.

When, years later, a magnetic drawing toy "Magna Doodle" was introduced by an unknowing inventor, it's popularity rose and then collapsed as a group called "Mothers Against Eating the Rain" formed after someone rediscovered the reports of Naked Elmer. The group demanded the product be recalled until parental controls could be implemented.

Everyone who was involved with or in any way interested in the whole fiasco was soon let down. Turns out that glue doesn't where clothes, no need, so Elmer didn't have to get dressed after all. However, once he had united 2 pieces of paper in a sacred bond, his sense of humor became very dry.

The first recorded instance of a sense of humor appears in Egyptian writings in the tomb of Thutmose III (1458-1425 BC), who used to wear an enormous bird's head to scare his sister. The practice spread to other cultures and eventually spawned the "prop comic".
