Interesting news indeed. Although I'm not nuts about the last couple NIN albums, I'm a long-time fan and have a lot of respect for Reznor, so I'm glad to know it's continuing.

Nin

does put on a show that assaults your senses on all fronts. Belew has had some interestings albums I will give him that and he can play. Sounds like an interesting venture for sure. :thmbsp:

As a long time Nails fan I've learned to accept long gaps between NIN albums. Trent's production work has always kept me satisfied between albums but there is no substitute for the live shows. With luck this new incarnation of NIN will give me another chance to see them live. Got hooked when saw Trent at a little dive bar in Columbus Ohio, Then Lollapalooza, then on tour with David Bowie, then at Coachella. I had plans to see NIN at the Voodoo fest but family issues kept me from traveling. Can't wait for another live show.

I like Adrian Belew. Shame he had to go and do this.

Belew appeared on 'The Downward Spiral' album and has been friends with Reznor for years. Not going to try to convince you to love NIN, people like what they like. Reznor's work with Bowie in the 90's was brilliant.

I have only missed one NIN tour, Lights in the Sky, which followed the Year Zero album. I was moving from IL to MA and the tour dates conflicted. Flew back to IL to catch the Wave Goodbye tour. I'm really looking forward to the new material.
