Yes or no. It's depending on the unit. Check at the rear upper right corner where you can see if your TU-7900 is a multi voltage unit or not. See pic

These usually have a multi-tapped primary on the power transformer. It wouldn't make much sense to put it in some units and not others, unless it was intended for domestic use (Japan) only. Look the rear panel over carefully, it should be obvious.
