can anyone recommend a source to buy tuner alignment tools to adjust trimmers and pots? I know plastic is good but can’t seem to locate a good set ? Thanks!

One of the problems is finding a ''complete'' set that has all of the needed tools with plastic tips.
You may have to purchase more than one set in order to have on hand all of the tools needed for the majority of alignment work,as many of the kits sold now contain flat-tipped (screwdriver) tools that have metal tips,which are utterly useless for radio alignment work.
These are not too pricy,and cover most of the bases. I especially like the Philmores,as they have several dual-purpose types (screwdriver AND hex on the same end) which is rather convenient:
