No worries... I was just yanking your chain a bit!

Dave is certainly doing some great work..... part of me wishes I was more personally involved in this phase of the build, but I trust Dave's judgement and workmanship.

Besides... nagging him to work on these is way easier than getting my own lazy butt in gear.

Sorry - I didn't realize that these were going to be yours! If they were ugly before, they certainly aren't now. These are going to look sweet! Naturally I'm watching this pretty closely, as this will probably be my late summer project. The way my time is going, I hope to do the cabinet work in the summer and play around with the crossover next winter.

I believe this one is complete outside of another coat of primer and a finish coat of something to be decided.

It's not perfect, but good enough that I'm going to concentrate on the second one for a while.

Dave,

I was wondering what you'll power the Unitys with? One of the great things that a high efficiency design provides is the ability to use just about any amplifier you want, as long as it's quiet enough.

Terry, probably a SE 45 amp for tweeters,SE 1625 on the mids and some nodded Bogen Push pull parallel KT-77 amp for the lambdas. Icepower 200w amps for the subwoofers.
