What is a fair price?

Hello, I have an opportunity to get my hands on
two Marantz model 15 amps, a 7T pre and
a 10b tuner. I would like to know what a fair
price would be? I know the amps and the 7T
are in good shape, not sure if the 10b is working.

All of these come up frequently on EBay, so a search of the completed auctions will be useful. In the end, a fair price is both what you(or the other person) can both afford and what you want to pay.

Just to clarify, one model 15 is worth $350? (ish)
or is that for both?
