Dual 1019 is a European spec version. It does have a 120 volt plug on it, but will have to see if it still has a 50 Hz idler wheel, or a 60 Hz wheel. Pics show it without the parts on it, since I mainly bought it as a parts unit for the one I bought in December. The dust cover and cartridge sled are shown in the pics of that unit.
The pair of old Heathkit amps showed up Friday, haven't had time to dig into both boxes, but unboxed the first of two units. Looks like a fairly easy unit to go thru.
I picked up these off that AK sponsor banner auction house at the first of the week. They had a number of interesting amps and things for auction. I thought I had a third unit yesterday off eBay, really clean unit unmolested, but someone sniped me at the last second.

Wow wee!! Those are so cool. I’ve got the W3, W4s and a set of the W5s. Those look killer!!
I’ve been off AK for a number of months. Was rid of a ton of gear and got in a lot of new stuff too.
Not really new but did get some tweeters for a set of Living Audio speakers and they sound incredible!!

Nice amp score! It looks like someone has done some work on at leased the one you unboxed. New film caps, a few resistor replacements, and maybe the one cap can? Still more needs to be done, but its a good start. I personally replace all carbon comp resistors. The values tend to drift over time. Even if they test ok, they can drift once they've warmed up with the amp on. I've run across enough of them being out of spec that I just replace them on site now.
Thanks for the heads up, I plan on keeping up with this thread. Hoping to get some guideline to get the most out of the W6 M. Might do a bit of copying what goes on when Dave and @nerdorama starts digging in.

A fully restored Sansui AU-111 with a NOS faceplate.
I bought a U-Turn Orbit Plus turntable for our oldest grandchild. He had been using an very old, semi-working, bottom of the line Technics 'table that he picked up at a flea market. He came from Tennessee to visit us for a couple of weeks before his second year of college started back at MTSU. I had some surplus AT and Ortofon cartridges I gave him to try to help it a bit. He thanked me and said he'd going to be working on upgrading that part of his system, so I decided he needed something new. I like the idea of getting him something reliable and decent to play his records and the price point worked for me. He is a great kid and hard-working so I thought I'd do it.
I just hope the other seven grandkids don't hear about it. Might put retiree grandparents into a bit of a bind!

I picked these a few months back and posted in the other thread but thought it might be ok to update this thread as well.
The cabinets need some sanding and refinishing, and the bases are missing.
However, I'm going to add some outriggers and spike feet to the bottom which will be much better than the original plastic bases.

Well I got lucky and actually found a vintage Audio-technica tone arm lifter. Figured out it won't work on my Technics 1210 Mk2 but it will fit on my Thorens TD-160.
