I just checked the RSD website a few days ago and didnt see a list yet, is the release list up? I cant wait! oh and I'll be hitting Euclid records in New Orleans!

The Record Connection, a local store, self owned by the same guy for over 35 years. Also will check out Bull Moose Music, another local more corporate type place, but still a decent place. This years releases seem to be shaping up to be the best yet.

Each week a bunch more stuff is added. Seems like there is a lot of offerings this year. For me it is just an excuse to go buy some vinyl.

Thanks Rob!

I plan on going to Sound Exchange in Tampa for RSD, even though I've never heard of 90% of the list of releases and it was a madhouse last year.

Most likely, no place. I avoid the Record Store Day mess. I'm not into new releases and such and I like record hunting in the off season anyway.

well you are really missing out on some awesome new releases. Many guys around here avoid new records like the plague which is a real shame. lots of really , really good stuff being re-released. I've been swimming in amazing sounding $10 Jazz reissues, these really are good times for vinyl!

Certainly a valid point if I were into new releases and such and the loudness of it all. However, that's just not my scene. So I'm not personally missing anything.

These two stores are just a few blocks away from each other on Lighthouse, Monterey, CA. :music:

RSD is not worth the hassle for me, I'm actually hoping there's nothing I'm dying to have :/

I'm happy for the stores and people who are into it though
