No issues here, and i'm pretty sure i haven't made a judgement call of anyone's morals or character here. But, i do find the altitude of your soap box entertaining.

Glad I could entertain you I seem to be in the minority here but that's ok. We all make judgement calls as to what is right or wrong and i'm pretty sure that you would find some of my beliefs to be wrong also if you knew what they were.

Just because our moral and ethical compasses may point different directions at times does not mean that you are right and I am wrong or vice versa it just means that we think and believe differently is all.

This thread has at times made me chuckle, at other times shake my head. I stated my position earlier.
But it stayed with me enough that I even mentioned it to my father when we talked today. Probably because often when someone says "that's what made America great" it makes my either laugh or cringe because of how wrong they are.
So anyway, he's a good guy to run stuff like this by to check my bearings. Grew up poor in the Depression, WW II vet, Greatest Generation, Perdue on the GI bill, built a small business, self-made millionaire - when that was real money - blah blah blah. You know - the kind of guys who actually did make America great.
This was his take:
"i feel bad for those guys. There's a difference between taking advantage of a situation and taking advantage of a person. I hope I've taught you that."

I was going to go back through the thread and delete all the pathetic, smarmy, whining threadcraps, but I realized if I did that there would basically be nothing left of this piece of ****.

It's threads like this that make me want to just close down D&S and be done with it.
