Yamaha YP-511

There is a Yammaha YP-511 on E-Pay. Anyone know anything about this turntable?? Nice looking. Or should I just suck it up and
pay $$$ for one of the 800s

Im just not sure if this would be an improvement over my SL-1900.

How much ? I paid 35 bucks for mine, plus a new stylus, 30. Total 65 bucks (canadian) for a nice turntable.

I'd take a pass and keep the SL-1900, which is a nice tt, for now.

Yeah, my friend have a SL-1900, but when we compared both, it's basically the same thing. Except that the Yamaha is completely manual, and the motor pulls stronger than the Technics.
