Russell, If I'm not mistaken by what Jack has said he did and suggested you do was.
I think he has said use the Berringer for the woofer section and the Econo High pass
on the tweeter not going through the Berringer at all for the high end.
Edit: Nevermind, looks like I'm wrong after looking at Jacks drawing.

That's the problem I'm having. This thread is so info rich its piling up on itself,
promting me to re read. I think you are correct that the highs go through both. Seems odd, but what the hell do I know, and these guys info is gold to be sure. Jaymana found a cx 3400 on craigs list, I havent been so lucky. Its only 129 but I have learned long ago I can go broke with bargins if I find enough. I almost need the deq 2496 worse! And I've got cabs to build for (or find) 2213H, need to repair a MC 225 (HEP me Jay Hep me!) a Counterpoint SA 1000 and a little work on a pretty good working MR 67 tuner.
Krikey, I need a second job! Hopefully in a tube amp repair station and or cabinetry shop so I can work this stuff off! Actually, the Mc 225 is going to Terry D shortly.....I've been saying this for two years!:tears:

From the drawing, he used the complete E'Wave highpass intact, retaining the full HF compensation, but also, the attenuation::
Outdone yourself again, dumbed it down where even I can get it.

I have the parts for it thanks to your list in the Q & D thread over at LHF.
I'll try this with the 3K econowave x-overs. Tonight is a lost cause, I'll be drinking bourbon in a coffee cups and passing out candy to the neighborhood goblins.

At the risk of veering off topic a bit, I thought a graphical representation of posting data would be interesting. Note the "Frequency" axis is log. Linear was way too compressed.

I find the 8x8 waveguide sounds better on the 8" woofer boxes than the regular Econoguide. I always had funny sound off axis. This is better. Think maybe woofer diameter is playing into this but don't know.

Look out for the shipping cost. However, it is not any higher than mcm.
As an owner of 811bs I must admit that those WGs look really femine! Aesthetically speaking, my altec 414s have been looking for romantic match up. So they should make good pairs! :thmbsp: I just hope that she can sing.:sing:
