Marantz after 1980 era
Hi Marantz fans
About era after 1980 I think Marantz produced few gears like Esotech series which was inside the same as 300dc, 1300dc 2130 models etc.. New front plates some like it, some dont, matter of taste. Find pics of Pm6, pm8, st8, sc7, sm7 and similar and you find even the position of knobs are same as on previous eg 1980 models. My favorite is pm6a since it has with few others pipe heat sink developed by Nasa. Plus A-B working amps etc. So this gears on my opinion are not a pieces of plastic junk.
Also look at wooden cases with special curves in front and glossy finish. Unfortanly as I am informed cases were available only in Europe (where Iam living) and Japan.
