Akai AM-49 or Yamaha AX-450

Hello,

I am about to buy a secondhand amplifier. The options are:
1. Akai AM-49
2. Yamaha AX-450
Do you have any recommendations?

I have had the Yamaha AX 450 for quite a few years, used primarily for phono and CD, various types of music. I find it to be solid, good sound quality, and plenty powerful. No complaints here.

One thing to look for, however. The selector switch on the Yamaha has been known to have issues on occasion. Test it before buying.

Personally,I'd go with the AKAI.
