How many with krinkle paint and split rims?

OK, i am confused.
You have shown a pic of an original 515, with paper hinge and krinkle paint, and you have shown a pic of a 515B decal which to me appears to be on a woofer with smooth paint, i also highly doubt the woofer with the 515B decal has a split rim. NO WAY are they identical.
Can you get us a couple DECENT pics that show the entire 515B from the rear?
We need to see clearly the rear of all 4 woofers to positively ID them.
To a collector that 515B with original style cone is going to take a BIG value hit because it is no longer a 515B, and neither is it an original 515.
FWIW, original style cones are NOT available from GPA. The only worthwhile cones for them come from overseas, and will set you back 250 each plus shipping. Bill's new cones are not the same as original 515B cones either. They are close and sound very good. The only way GPA is gonna make all 4 match is to recone all four with 515B style cones, and you DON'T wanna do that, believe me.

Okay upon closer inspection I have 3 - 515 (1 bad cone) and 1 515b with paper doped edge.

OK, first and foremost, treat the working 515 originals like gold, they are.
I would leave the others as is. I suspect that none of these are going to be long term keepers for you, and there's no point in having any work done on the others when it's not really going to affect their value.
I would also look the cabinets over really well. Anything that points to them being Altec built will enhance their value, and i think the value of those early 825 cabinets might surprise you.

I plan on keeping these for now. I have one complete set now, just need to figure the best way to complete the other set!

Myself, i would send the 515B, and original 515 to GPA to both be reconed as 515B. Excluding shipping, the whole shebang will cost you less than the cost of one 515 facsimile cone kit from abroad.
Should original style cones become more easily and economically sourced, the 515 can always be put back to that original glory.
Then consider dumping the 802C and one 811 and put large format HF on top of the 2nd pair.
I'm a big fan of the 515B, particularly in the larger horn cabinets where the accuracy and realism of their very linear LF extension can be appreciated, up to a couple hundred yards away.
This is all just my .02 Homer, i don;t think there is really a right or wrong way to go, just the way that's best for you.

811Bs are as common as ticks. I'd go for 511Bs crossed over at 800Hz, but either one works.

Nice score there Homes. Personally if I were you, I'd keep the pair of paper surround 515s no matter what else you do. They're rare as hens teeth, and their value will never go down. Plus there's nothing else out there that sounds like them, unless it's the 604 that's built with the same paper surround. All my W's came with the same woofer....
As for the rest of it, I think that some judicious trading/selling would allow you to build or buy a second set of A7's if that's the way you wanted to go....:thmbsp:
