So sorry to hear of this! Gorgeous cat! My condolences..
RIP pretty little one, words can’t convey…
Got some new short timers in the cat room this weekend, turned the place into a hissy-fest but I'm back to an even dozen. Three are headed to a foster in a few days and one is just for the weekend after the spay clinic and none are too happy with the accommodations. Will post some pics later.

This little sweeties is only 5 months old.
One of the three b!tc... you finish the word. We call then that as they have a real sassy disposition.

We were graced with Luci's presence for almost 17 years. She passed a few years ago and moving on to another cat chapter was not easy. It took some time. Here's my long-time little cuddle buddy and music listening companion:
We got Allie, a rescue, in mid-2025 and we've been adjusting to each other ever since. She is not a mellow cat, but of course she will pin you to the couch or recliner if she so chooses which is at least two or three times a day. Luckily my wife and I share the cat couch duties. She is insistent on getting fed a little soft food somewhere between 5:30 & 6:30 AM, making sure I can hear her mournfully caterwauling on the other side of the bedroom door each and every morning. I do believe she has us trained to her liking by now. Oh, and while she is grooming herself you get groomed too. She's also been known to nibble as well.
She is a bit of a derp and could care less about music much to my dismay. There's something fulfilling about listening to music with a purring cat in your lap. She likes to play board games (which invariably includes her chasing the board pieces all over the tabletop), she helps me in my small shop, and she claims all the Xmas stockings and presents as her own every holiday season. When she is grooming while pinning you to the couch you get groomed as well. She even nibbles from time to time. I've learned not to interrupt this activity because she escalates to lightly biting pretty quickly.

My system is far from complete (much woodworking in my future), but I moved it into the living room last week. My buddy Tibbs has been crashed out on the couch with me through 2 LPs and a whole album streaming 
. If the stereo is on, he's up on the couch listening with me. It's nights like this that make the past months learning, gathering and servicing equipment worth it

Total Catastrophe this morning. Cats got into the drop ceiling of the cat room and discovered the tiles won't hold them... anyone remember the scene from the movie The Breakfast Club where Bender made his way across the ceiling after getting locked in the storage closet and fell thru yelling "OHHH SHII!!!" (crash)? Yeah loud RRWWAAARRRR! as someone came crashing down on a busted ceiling tile.
I remember that! And alongside BC, was 16 Candles …

Well, now we got two cats with colds.
First Skippy and now Missy.
They've been sequestered in the kittenarium, but Missy don't like it one bit.
She pounded on the door for a solid minute out of every fifteen this morning.
Hopefully she's gotten over it.
They sound like crap- wheezing, sneezing hard swallowing.
Skippy looks like crap, eyes watering and downtrodden.
GREAT.
Charlotte seems to be better- we let her out.
Cat colds can last 3-4 weeks!
Trying to keep Mr White out of harm's way.
He basically has no reserve.
