C-50 Volume Control

Is the C-50 volume control (VR106) a sealed unit? I would like to clean the contacts due to the volume erratically rises in the right channel. If I thump it, it behaves normally.

The control can be partially disassembled enough to get a deoxit spray nozzle where it will do the most good.Have to remove it from the board and chassis.
