Buzzing is usually the result of something loose on one of the drivers rather than a crossover component. A while back I purchased a pair of recently refoamed woofers on eBay, but it turned out that the seller had used an insufficient amount of glue on the outside of the surround, which caused buzzing. I was able to fix it by gluing down the loose part.
What I would do is first determine which driver is causing the buzzing (disconnect the midrange and play the speaker, the reconnect the midrange and disconnect the woofer). Then take a close look at the driver all around: surround (inner and outer attach points), dust cap, and spider (again, inner and outer attach points). Also check to make sure the tinsel wires can't contact the cone when it is pushed all the way in, and look for anything in or on the cabinet that could be vibrating against the driver.
