One would think the big brown truck wouldn't be that much different from the little white van as far as delivery goes. The only thing that went wrong was that he got suckered into buying them.

Lot's of flaky ebayers selling books, price gouging at bookstores, ever changing editions with very few actual changes in content. I'm mostly just grumpy from spending over $300 on books (4 classes) this semester.

As I recall, I got stuck in all the classes that were changing books, hence the bookstore would not buy back.

But I think it's a pretty safe bet that the guy is not an independent film maker in Evansadale, Iowa, and there is no $200,000 home theatre being built.

He doesn't even have the speakers, he's got a drop ship arrangement, guaranteed, virtually everyone on eBay or elsewhere are just drop shipping them.

Of course these do have IMPORTED MDF, so much more musical than that domestic crap we have to suffer with.

I don't know about the rest of you all but the local CL is so jam packed with these speakers and every variation of the many scams that no one can possibly still fall for any of them. Some of the sales pitch/storys are kind of amusing though, kind of like this guy.
