With the rest. And you already know its outta there!

But put up a little fight or the silver faces will be next!!
I hear the For Sale forum is great here...LOL

Sorry, man, that's the ugliest stand I've ever seen....

Besides, if everyine on this forum voted "keep it", your wife will still outvote us! ;)

Sorry AUDITECH, it's just that the wife and/or GF approval factor seems to always win out in these situations. ;)

Remember, you only get so many silver bullets in life - save them to protect the gear :p:

Well....it wasn't the best choice in an amp stand...it is cute in a warped...or should that be warted...sort of way.... :D :D :D

But seeing as your wife lets you get away with piling the gear up, ditching the frog stand is a very fair move. :)

TP, thinking of how to hide the 780 he's getting tomorrow...

Save your energy for a worthwhile fight.

Hopefully you quit drinking and won't buy anything like that again.

My wife is looking at this and says the frog is worth more than the gear!

I told her no way, and that your wife was telling you to ditch it, so it has zero female worth.

So she replies that you should stick it on ebay anyway (she has 1008 positive feeedbacks, BTW), and I quote:

"What does he have to lose, thirty five cents"

The gods have spoken!

OK, so make it $2.70.

You never know, maybe somewhere, someone is crying their eyes out over their lost froggy, and seeing as they just won the lottery, will spend no expense to get it back! :D

Or, maybe they'll bid $2.70 for it..........

Remember, one man's trash......... and go look in your garage :D :D :D

I would sell it, maybe it's worth 14 big ones as the fishinglure couple of days ago:dunno:

After that buy more gear instead:p:

Antiques Roadshow

Ever watch it? You'd all be surprised at what fetches top dollar sometimes! I think it's a great show.

The most amazing thing was this old guy who had an old Native American blanket which his dad had bought or traded for. The guy had never had a nickel, plugged or otherwise, to his name, but this blanket turns out to be worth close to a megabuck or something outrageous like that.

Man, think of all the Sony home-theater-in-a-box Circuit City Sunday flyer specials *that* would have bought you! :p:

And you'd *still* have enough left over for a vintage Bozo 901 speaker system - woo-hoo!

Cheers,

Dennis

Is this thing a cast metal object? Could make for an interesting turntable base if it is and possibly you could better justify it to your wife since the alternative could be granite on cinderblocks as a stand.
