When I was around 15 in the 50's and stereo was starting, the word of mouth description was "It'll never work".

I have doubts, concerns that they will change the sound and create a new “sounds good” which basically just “sounds different “.

Look at how long it has taken to make decent CDs out of original analog.

I will keep an open mind but I don’t see the need to move to HD vinyl at this stage. Prefer to invest in moving up the cartridge/ phono stage chain to make my current collection sound it’s best.
