Audio Technica ATP-12T. Excellent higher mass arm, often paired with the SP-15 in radio station set ups.

I'm really glad to see you managed to nab the table! I'm sure you will enjoy it. That arm really works nicely with a medium/lower compliance MC if you have one hanging about. The Ortofon MC 20 Super was the best I heard on the arm in my system.

The Denon 103 and 103R are often paired with the ATP-12T. I'm currently using a retipped Shelter 501 II on mine. My 103R lost its ruby cantilever/line contact stylus over Thanksgiving but it will be repaired with the same combo and maybe a wood body too. It was very close to the Shelter and seemed a bit better/forgiving on older records. Enjoy your new turntable!

Plinth looks to be a Technics SH-15B3, quite a few examples like this were found in broadcast production rooms. Congrats Monty!

I recall he called it a Supex cart because of the headshell, but had a Grado on it.

Yes it is that plinth. I got a decent lid with it too but no hinges. They don't look easy to find. I think I will also look for a cue lever system.

It does have a Grado on it but I will look at my collection to see what might be a better match. The Denon 103R I have has a broken cantilever and with exchange rates the way they are I'm not sure I want to send it to Sound Smith right now.

In MM cartridges I have a Nagaoka MP11 I might try but also have various others though many are higher compliance. The Shure M3D might be an option.

Does that clamp look familiar? I haven't seen one like it before.

When we were still spinning vinyl, we had these in the studios back in the day. It's the one I want when the time comes to add some audio licorice to my gear. Good catch.
