I doubt re-cone kits are still available from JBL, and they never sold them to the general public anyway. If your signature told us within a thousand miles of where you were located we might be able to suggest a member who can help. You can find after-market kits for the 2213H on Ebay. Or just go for used drivers.

Very tough, but no crossover between the woofer and terminals.
JBL does not offer the re-cone kit, I have seen aftermarket kits however, believe that Simply Speakers offers one. I have no idea how close these are to original, but likely at least as close as anything used that you'll find at this point and they should match each other.

Makes no difference. I doubt it was high-frequency that killed them!
