most beautiful electronics of all time

I'm sure there were similar threads, i just couldn't find them.

Denon GR-535 is one of those forgotten gems in terms of aesthetics. unfortunately it is a receiver, were it not, i would have owned one just to look at.

This Sony amp set. Aesthetics and scale are perfect. 110 pounds each, but they don’t look it.

There’s a lot of really attractive gear out there, and I’m fortunate to own my share over the years - but I’ve always been enamored with my Pioneer SX-D7000 receiver.
Mines in the basement, but here’s a pix from online.

Once upon a time (a very long time ago) I had a CTF-900. It would have matched that nicely!

I don't understand that. If you just want to look at it, why would it matter what it is?

I agree about the Pioneer SX-D7000. I have one also. Fantastic receiver, beautiful to look at.Especially when those clear selector buttons light up!

Oh yes!
I had a CTF-900 and a CTF-1250.
Now I have a CTF-1000 which is pretty as well.

I like my Pioneer receivers. But, I have always wanted an HK Citation receiver. I think they re really pretty.

There were so many great looking stereo components in the seventies. One that doesn't get mentioned that often is the Marantz 5030B, a real looker.

Setton RS 660, a friend had one years ago, never would sell it.

DarTZeel has such a neat look to their gear and internal layout to me.

But I totally get how it wont do it for all.

And normally I'm not much for gold colored gear.

[Grenadeslio]

Hard to beat Clairtone when it comes to aesthetics.
