Original Stereohedrons haven't been available for many years unless you want to spend north of $300 on Ebay in the rare instance one still shows up.
There are some Swiss nude replacement styli for Pickering now. They're not .2 x .7 nor Stereohedron profile, I believe they're a fatter .35 x .7 elliptical. But the nude mounting is noteworthy.
Hey Setup, just had a look at VoM and they do not have the 600-D7E, would something else perhaps work?

What does the "nude" refer to?
The nude refers to the way the diamond is mounted. A bonded diamond id bonded to a metal post and is heavier than a nude. Nude means the diamond is 1 piece and mounted in the CL. Nude is usually less mass than bonded. If your system has very good resolution the difference is audible.
As a side note to the OP. I suggest removing the stylus from the cartridge and clean it. It may have no life left but with a good cleaning might still sing.
I would use a soft toothbrush or stylus brush / wet the brush with water / spray the stylus with cleaner like Mean Green or similar / gently brush stylus from back to front / rinse repeat / clean brush / use alcohol to do a final clean and to help dry the stylus / let dry then replace and try it on a clean garage sale LP.

Lennie, I vote that you just get a replacement D7E stylus and keep enjoying your turntable. I looked at VM but not
available there, oddly...but previously you found one. Cleaning the present one a good idea, just be careful

I think I might give Gary V of M a jingle (or email) and see what he had for you that will work. It should be cost effective, and you will get an idea whether you wish to upgrade to a more expensive stylus. No matter, it will be a new stylus, not worn, and most probably safe to use on your records.

That's a good question! Obviously they used the same, generic stock photo to advertise it.....the difference might be the maker, or the quality of the diamond, both, or neither and you just get a good deal at Tunes and not so good at Gear? Really not sure but would like others' take on it!
It does seem that now you have some good options, Lennie, and the cleaning of the cartridge is also in order as I had suggested in your "other" thread. I would add that the toothbrush method will certainly work as long as you have a pretty soft-bristle one and are very gentle with the thing and take care to only brush from the back of the cartridge to the front, otherwise you will risk snapping the cantilever off and have a dead stylus but that really won't matter all that much as you are not planning on using it anyway.....you have no clue as to the condition of it and as previously mentioned, can lead to damage of your records.

I mostly use conicals and the only elliptical I have from VOM is 4606-DEM which is officially for the Pickering XV15, but I've tried it on my V15/Phase IV and it works just as well.
