The Mitsubishi is a power amp, no input switching and no volume control. You need more then just a phono pre amp. You need either a line level preamp and a phone preamp or a preamp that includes a phono preamp. It has an input impedance of 50K ohms. That is high enough that any solid state preamp will mate well with it. IF you go tubes, investigate the spec for output impedance and select any one with an output impedance of less the 5K ohms. The lower the better.

Took a quick look at eBay just now. There are any number of preamps up there that will mate well with your power amp. What leaped out at me was a Dynaco PAT 5 (a preamp that I lived with from 1975 or so to just 2 years ago when I upgraded to McIntosh) and a Hafler, one of the lead designers of Dyanco before he struck out on his own. Both are between 230 and 250 or so, both will sound very fine.

How are the DA-C20 phono sections? Just curious if your just looking to upgrade or are they just not on the same level as the amp? I had a DA-A10DC for a while and it was a great sounding amp. I hope to get another or it's big brother at some point. I have a Musical Paradise MP-P1 MM MC phono-pre which is right at your limit. I give it a 7/10 because at high volume there's some tube rush where I'd prefer inky blackness between tracks. It may be the Sovtek 7025 tubes. I won't know till I get a chance try some other tubes. Otherwise it's a nice phono-pre, at least for MM/MI cartridges. I haven't tried LOMC's yet.

Low noise, low distortion, MC and MM inputs, should be a winner. Good way to go I think.

Less than 24 hours to get a preamp with both MC and MM Inputs to pair up with your amp. And it is the same brand, same series...Well done!!

Get a Yaqin MS-23B tubed phono preamp!! Amazing 3D sound stage with that seductive tube sound! 
All for under $200! The build quality is top-notch! Has some weight to it! The Chinese 12AX7B tubes are nice that comes stock. I just upgraded to Sovtek 12AX7-LPS tubes today and all I can say is "WOW"!! The Sovtek tubes is a really nice step up from the already 3D sound stage! Some who have $500+ phono preamps says that the Yaqin MS-23B beats them in sound quality. I'm so glad I bought mine!
