pl-505 100V to 230V

I would buy a 100V device from Japan.

Is it possible to change this to 230V input?
What part inside I have to replace?

Unlike a few US/European tables which have switchable 110v/230v input I've yet to see this on a Japanese table, and changing internal bits could be difficult.

You need a step-up transformer, and ideally it should be 100 to 230 rather than 110 to 230. This TT is specified as 7W power consumption, so you won't need a powerful transformer for that. By the way, chances are that the power cable on your TT will be two-prong and unpolarized (check first though), and if so, you won't be confined to selecting a transformer with three-prong sockets.
