Anything high-end 80's gets love from me. I worked at a boutique audio outlet in the mid-80's and we had a lot of Nakamich on the floor. If I had to name my favorite Nak it would be the 700 upright. A beautiful beast if there ever was one.

Here are all the Cassette Decks I have in my collection. 6 Nakamichi's 2 MR2's , 1 LX-3 and 2 LX-5's. 2 Pioneer cassette decks and 4 Pioneer RT 707 2 silver and two black. I tried to get nice versions of each. I don't have a huge collection. I'm just an old retired IT tech and gentleman werewolf.

A while back I posted pics of my Otari MX-5050 BIII-2 with what my friend called "firewood sides." We recently made a trip to his dad's tree farm for some nicer Walnut. I see a lot of dark wood on Otaris so I made a pair of Cherry sides too. Made some Walnut wood footers for it too.
