Purchased the Pro-ject Debut III back in 2006. Each time I consider replacing it, it ends up with an upgrade. Note the external motor and belt.

Perhaps not the most eccentric, or expensive, turntable. Still, I'm happy with my ProJect Debut Carbon Espirit DC. It's got the standard Ortofon 2M Red. The DC model seems to be void of any hum problems.

Humble Project Debut lll with acrylic platter. I enjoy how the platter will take on the color of the vinyl, kinda fun.

Sorry if I did not make myself clear, but the stock cartridge that was supplied with the original unit was an AT110 which I later upgraded to the current DL110 as shown in photos.

Nice! Mine is out being overhauled, though I have the original EPA-100. Cannot wait to get it up and running. Does your plinth have the stock feet or have you upgraded them with anything?

Saturday got running my Kenwood KP-990 with Transi-Fi Terminator linear arm. Wanted it for about 3 years. Best tracker of any table I've had the chance to use (not a huge quantity, but still...)

my vintage 1956 restored collaro RC54 changer in fake alligator skin portogram case. for playing mono 78s. Has a GE-VRII cart. the internal tube amp is not used but is directly wired to my sound system. I have other turntables but thought this would be cool to add to this huge mix!

1st of the upgrades. Picked up an Iron Audio Acrylic platter and Deepgroove subplatter w/ruby bearing off the bay. I cant use the subplatter yet with the IA platter as the hole is to tight. If I can get the o-ring off the shaft without damage it may fit. Any suggestions of what oil to use with the ruby bearing?
With just the platter, I can tell a better focused sound stage.
