Radio needle alignment on Pioneer SX-950

Greetings everyone, Does know of a easy trick to adjust the radio needle ? Its off by only a couple of digits Thank you everyone for good advice. Sam

Is it off in just AM, Just FM or both. If it's off in FM and ok in AM, then it needs to be aligned. Same with ok in FM but off in AM. If it's off in both by the same amount then you can slide the needle on the cord enough to compensate.
