I ordered a stack of old "Arizona Highways" magazines from ebay. They arrived yesterday. Wow! I had forgotten how pleasant a good magazine used to be. Similarly, I miss a good daily newspaper.
In yesterdays NATIONAL TV NEWS the lead story was done huge forest fire in Georgia --NO MAP WAS PUT ON SCREEN! WTH? Georgia is a pretty big place, no?

Flying is OK.
Almost everything to do with airports, modern airplane seats, and getting onto and off of airplanes, are what suck.
If I could just go to an airport, immediately walk over and get into a plane, take off, fly to where I'm going, land, and immediately get off and go to a car, it wouldn't be bad.

Yeah, no kidding. One of my biggest pet peeves with news stories, are those who DON'T GIVE YOU THE EXACT LOCATION where something happened. Map, or a precise place name at the very least. If it's important enough to report on, it's important enough to specify WHERE.

I remember as a child in the early ~mid sixties, gazillion was used to describe a unfathomable quantity amongst my friends and I.
