It's all relative; with Khorns you'd be deaf, and with my maggies that is barely 90db.

Back OT: typical listening here is <4W. However if I am demo'ing or we are partying, I'll bring it up to the PG level, then back it off a bit because people start looking at the blinking lights for some reason over the meters...

that to me is the most dangerous thing for speakers - in my younger days i have popped more than one set of speakers at parties. You fill a room up with people it just absorbs sound. Next thing you know you have had a few beers and a great song comes on ...... pow
