i just wish he would make one for a sx-939

Is this your way of asking? I recall your suggestions to improve the AWR-054, bigger holes for the ecaps leads !! but I have not done it yet sorry People keep asking for new stuff
What I need is the pcb dimensions, holes, terminal positions and sizes OR send me the old pcb ( stripped is better). if you do I'll design it up test, send you one to do yourself

Check continuity of traces/connections according to the schematic and the pcb placement diagram probing from devices pins
follow the schematic
If you have no V at Q1-C, it comes straight off the bridge rectifier,D1-4, which are feed by the 1A fuses, F5,6 to the orange transformer secondary wires.
power off, red ohm meter lead to transformer orange wire (AWR-053-7 &/or -8), black to Q1-C, you should read one diode drop ~0.6. If not start checking wires,connections,parts

Pete, the collector voltage on Q1 is zero! Does that mean a broken trace?

it looks that way . or a bad ground . we didn't check each voltage to ground from the bridge rectifier but rather from positive to negative .
