Anyone know anything about the sound quality of this little guy? Looking to improve my CD player (currently have the Onkyo C7030) and wondering if this would do.

Clean, lots of high frequency resolution, slightly bright, minimal bass, lacks warmth, sound stage rather narrow....not a bad CD player, but Onkyo C7030 sounds significantly better.

This CD player has smoothed out now. No brightness at all...just simply sounds great!

Did you purchase the PD-301? I'm hoping it will analog RCA through a 1978 Aurex SYc15 mini through the AUX terminal? Tuner Terminals?

Resurrecting a 4 year thread - it happens that I recently got one - if you got it back in 2020, I am curious as to what the future holds - any issues? specially ask about the slot loading mechanism
