HA! The cheapest part on it is the clockwork. :D although, it would be right at home at Heff's playboy mansion. Or maybe Graceland. :lmao:

It has drink holders (at least it looks like it has drink holders). You could probably run that thing up to 11, back in its prime.

The product planner who came up with that must have been wearing orange sunglasses and platform shoes.

I actually know someone who would probably buy it, just for the garish kitschiness of it.

There may have been some recreational pharmaceuticals involved in the design process.

You guys should see the lighted disco consoles Koronette made. Really put the US made Morse Electrophonic ones to shame. :D

IIRC these were made in EAST Germany.

Stop making fun of my clock radio!

It's odd that the Germans would make something so garish as that is not their style. But, maybe things were different in East Germany back then. Maybe it was a Russian influenced deal.

Trust me, I didn't search for that piece of ****. It came up in the suggested items on the bottom of the page.

Some developer at the bay has a sense of humor!!! :lmao:

Let's hope whatever they get for it will be used to fund roof repairs!

lmfao

So that's how Bose tabletop radio looked like 50 years ago!

yea more like their innovative secret design. i worked for bose but hated how possessive they were about their products , thanks to them i got more curious about antiques & now i love antiques on stereo gear from 1970s to 1990s
