I'm in North Delta and I think he would have had better luck advertising it as "goat meat".. big market here (near surrey) for goat meat
 
I didn't send an email.. I still have 4 turntables I re-did over the christmas holidays to sell..my wife would shoot me if I brought home three more... although all of those are nicer than the ones I did.

at least potentially.
 
I just bought a NIB STA-7M (12V DC) version that I'm planning to install in my vintage 76 GMC Motorhome! I have a couple of Minimus 7's to go with it - but realized there is a HUGE in-balance between the two speakers. I gave another set of 7's to my sister before I realized the issue...

So in the end - the STA-7M may get installed with a pair of Energy Take 5's...

Yeah, barring some unforeseen issue I think I bought those turntables. The month my wife gave me to clear the dining room table will need an extension. I may have sub-let some table space and pass you some consignment tables in march Mr. Andrew!

I am looking forward to cleaning up that rega I must say.

Fingers still crossed as they are not in my house yet and it is CL...

The two prices is a bit confusing.

ADS speakers seem to have a lot of enthusiastic fan base who say nothing but great things about them here - the big reason why I keep an eye out for them.

I will see if I get a reply and work from there.

I ended up recently buying those ADS L520s for $150. I wasn't aware that the tweeters weren't original when I bought them and wish the seller would have disclosed that information at the time. Also the cabinets were more beat up than the pictures revealed but overall I'm really glad I bought them. I refinished the cabinets and they look much better now. I'm no woodworker and don't really know what I'm doing but it was kind of a fun project and I'm happy with the results.
I was thinking of trying to track down some original ADS/Braun tweeters but these speakers sound really great the way they are and I don't really want to mess with them. Does anyone know how the Peerless tweeters stack up to the originals?
